Lyanna Mormont was a daughter of Lord Mage Mormont of Bear Island, niece of Jorah Mormont, and granddaughter of Jeor Mormont. She was the young Lord of Bear Island and the head of House Mormont following her mother’s death, and pledged her allegiance to Jon Snow prior to the Battle of Bastards, being a staunch Stark-loyalist. After Ramsay Bolton was defeated, she was the first to declare Jon Snow the King in the North during a gathering of the Northern lords at Winterfell. She died whilst fighting a reanimated whight-giant at the Battle of Winterfell.
