"Marinette Dupain-Cheng “Ladybug”은 어떤 성격 유형입니까? Marinette Dupain-Cheng “Ladybug”은 mbti의 ENFJ 성격 유형입니다. enneagram의 2w3 - so/sp - 261, big 5의 SLOAI, socionics의 ESE입니다."
[1/3] Marinette/Ladybug is an ENFJ. This argument will include references to various episodes across multiple seasons, so if you haven’t watched them yet, be mindful! (And also - this argument will be divided into three parts, so just go to the replies to see the rest). Well, first of all, I’d like to say that I will be combining Ladybug’s behaviors with Marinette’s. This is because there aren’t separate pages for Marinette/Ladybug, Adrien/Chat Noir. But it's obvious the superheroes are a fusion of the holders' personalities and the Kwamis. I’ve already tried to create separate pages, as I believe they should exist, but it’s not possible. So I’ll mix their behaviors out of necessity, explaining actions by Ladybug and Marinette that fit as a whole. Maybe on other comment, I’ll try to explain some behaviors of each separately—things that apply more to Marinette and others to the persona of Ladybug, since the heroes’ personalities are the combination of the holders and Kwamis. I’d also like to clarify that: >>>...any analysis may lose substance due to script writing styles and character development...<<< Also, we must consider that Marinette is a somewhat unstable girl. Her actions are poorly measured, and the script writing isn’t that strong. But, this doesn’t mean we can’t analyze a pattern in her behavior. - Marinette is always concerned with how others perceive her, especially as Ladybug, where her responsibility as a hero leads her to consider how her actions impact the well-being of Paris. Even when preserving her self-image leads her to make questionable decisions (like stealing Adrien's phone), she tries to frame these actions as morally right and socially acceptable, even if they place her in uncomfortable situations. Marinette constantly puts others’ needs above her own. A clear example is her concern for the citizens of Paris—sacrificing her time and energy. When Alya, her best friend, has problems, Marinette goes out of her way to help her. Marinette is also naturally inclined to coordinate and lead, maintaining a harmonious and organized environment on battles. As Ladybug, Marinette not only leads but also trusts and delegates tasks to Cat Noir and other temporary heroes, coordinating them to face villains with well-thought-out strategies. [On Fe]: “Human relationships form in the element in which the individual of feeling-type is most at home. He knows exactly how things ought to be among the people among whom he has grown up. As an extravert, he derives his sense of security from the forms of current in the external world. In his experience, feeling attitudes are things of objective value, and he finds support for this conception in the fact that others also possess these feelings, and that the life of the community is itself based on them… They are exceedingly unhappy when out of touch with their environment and must always seek to re-establish contact." Adapting this to Marinette/Ladybug’s Fe, we see that when she faces opposition, she prefers resolving conflicts to avoid unbearable discord; Marinette constantly sacrifices her personal interests to maintain peace and order. For example, when Adrien shows interest in Kagami, even though Marinette feels jealous, she suppresses those feelings to avoid interfering, prioritizing Adrien’s happiness. Marinette is also always solving her classmates’ problems. Even though Chloe is hostile, Marinette often tries to see the good side and find ways to help her. She believes in people’s potential to change and always knows what to say to motivate others. This often leads her to take blind shots. For example, when she defeats Monarch, instead of forcing him to return the Miraculous, she trusts him to decide together what to do. Or when she lies to Adrien to protect him from the truth. Moreover, Ladybug is often guided by emotions and value judgments. Like when she doesn’t give the Bee Miraculous to Chloé, even though it’s the best option, due to jealousy over Kagami and Adrien, or when she treats Chloé rudely instead of focusing on the useful information she could provide. For ENTJ: this doesn’t seem like something an Fi inferior would do; Ladybug doesn’t analyze logically, but instead places a lot of trust in her sense of universal values. ENFP is a bad choice. The Fi user is more oriented towards inner ideals than external values and tends not to express these ideals openly or apply them to the group, but rather b them privately, letting them influence only their own process. Marinette, on the other hand, acts in the opposite way: as Ladybug, she seeks to implement values she deems essential for everyone around her, believing these values strengthen the group and promote the common good. Instead of keeping her beliefs to herself, she constantly strives to inspire and guide others based on what she sees as important for collective well-being, especially since she’s constantly denying her impulses regarding Adrien. I'll try to explain her Ni now!
