people are saying he is an INTJ or an ENTJ because of his low ethical values, but you need to understand that every type can be "unethical". First of his Ni vision of Truman's life, his gut feelings, his planning is pretty clear. When it comes to his fe-ti; examples can be his manupilative explanations of why truman show is not unethical such as "his life is a gift, the world is the filthy place" which bleeds adaptable fe and detailed flexible subjective ti's combination but still focusing at the fe values by trying to make the argument about what is right. What people dont understand is also that he emphatizes with truman and understands his emotions deeply, he feels like he is trumans father and god, he thinks he knows trumans emotions and every humain side of truman. That is a pretty INFJ behaivor where the INFJ thinks they understand everything about a persons or peoples emotions and their most detailed behaivors. The whole point of the show is observing one characters emotions detailly. The reason why he is able to make this show is because "the tribe" so to speak does not think what he is doing is unethical. If he is an fi because he does something unethical, then everyone in the real world in that movie is fi and t. It is not a good explaination to say "oh he cant be f because... he is evil!" The reason why he is like that is because everyone in that world, the viewers, the company that adopted truman, his wife, his childhood friend, his so called parents, everyone in that world is "bad and unethical" so that makes him look like he does not care about the ethical sides, but the reason why INFJ's care about ethic is because of their tribe mentality and if their tribe mentality allows their bad behaivor then they have no problem doing it. Long story short, just because someone is bad or unethical it does not mean theyre not fi inferior lol. Also in his last talk with truman and trying to play the god by touching his emotions and manipulatively explaining why truman needs to get back to his world
