Si is really hard to seen, but for example, we can observe that function in "Never Shut Up Again" song from West End's musical version - she takes experiences from past to present's situation in her lines. She seems to literally copy her dead friend's lines and even her poses (!) to perfection. In "Shine A Light (Reprise)" we can hear her saying similar line to Chandler's one from "Candy Store". ,,You can join the team or you can b*tch and moan." - Chandler ,,Your *** is off the team, go on, b*tch and moan." - Duke. Those details look like Duke just copies Chandler because she thinke that being like her will make her have the same fame. Te because Heather uses external observations to understand what would make her queen of everyone in society and makes decisions based on this. She seems to look at people like at objects, treats some of them like a sh*t, because they are simply annoying (like Kurt and Ram) but generally was bad to Veronica to only show her new power - nothing personally - and she said those awful things to Mcnamara because she was annoyed by her sadness, something what could potentially ruin reputation of Heathers, so again nothing personally in this - so is Te way of perceiviring the world.
