Ok so i first thought Eli was an ESTJ, but i had only watched the anime. After looking on more sources (manga, Eli's diary, games) i concluded she is an ENTJ. Eli is a dom Te user but her auxiliary function is Ni instead of Si, she seems to be much more focused on theory and the big picture (looking how her actions will affect the whole) [1] than on methods she knows are trustable, and she also isn't afraid to take risks and is always the one suggesting something different and new whenever µ's are thinking about a plan. She's also not as strict as her image seems to be, and states she tries to look at things from multiple angles [2]. She also seeks much more pleasure in the moment rather than physical sensations of know comfort, for example on these scenes [3] when Eli says that her strategy to relieve stress is engaging on activity that is momentarily pleasurable, which would fit tertiary Se as it is ENTJ's child function and relief (She relieves stress by engaging on external sensorial activities like eating and shopping).
