There are so many 5 votes for Ferb's enneagram but I don't really see a valid argument for it. I think Ferb's enneagram probably wasn't put into proper consideration, but was rather mass-voted as 5 because Ferb is withdrawn and... a thinker? I personally don't see any 5 patterns I'd expect to see in him. Ferb definitely seems like a withdrawn type, but I don't see him isolate himself and hoard his resources so he can protect himself from external danger. Even though he's kind of reserved he still enjoys the company of most people and doesn't automatically move away. We always see Ferb going along with his brother Phineas, and he always peacefully hangs around their friends, y'know, building stuff. He also doesn't seem to have any interest in collecting knowledge or becoming a masterful intellectual etc. He literally doesn't show 5s core desires, motivations and traits. Instead, Ferb is very in sync with his environment and nearly merges with his brother's wishes, which is (guess what) a very 9 thing. He is peaceful, so peaceful that he nearly never talks, actually. I think all these together make 9 a very good option for him. (I'd go for 9w8) Actually, I think even 6 makes more sense for his core instead of 5, since he's so aggreable and peaceful. (6s want to feel safe through others so they move towards ppl is why)

Ferb is a very intelligent boy who rarely speaks. His intelligence and skill are tested every day in his and Phineas' nearly impossible plans, and he always succeeds. Ferb does not show much facial expression and only occasionally smiles or frowns. He is focused, but he has been distracted from his goals. Although very young, Ferb occasionally demonstrates a mindset that is more akin to a young adult than a child.
