She's either Istp or Estp, I don't know her that well so I can't decide. She clearly has Fe, but it is clearly low. She understands people's emotions on a more superficial level, but always chooses to act in a way that is logical to her(Ti). She does have the ability to act regardless of the emotions of others. Her Se is also obvious to me. She always pays attention to the world around her, pays attention to sensory details in her speech, but this is not Si, since she always tells it like it is. She sees the physical world as it is. I don't see any signs of Si in her. Someone here says that supposedly the fact that she takes care of herself makes her Si, but I don’t agree with that at all. She does this because she works as a model and just wants to look good, but she's really a person who doesn't like to bother that much, but she has a need to look good at the same time and a love for beautiful things, she has Se.
