Though I have not finish reading this manga, I personally prefer him as an ENTP. He could be easily typed as Ne-Fi (ENFP) as he is always following his own rules rather than maintaining harmony or societal rules (which are some typical traits of Fe). However, I would say that his Te is definitely not on the conscious side, but Ti. According to PDB’s definition of Te for ENFPs, their Te function helps them to naturally make decisive decisions through objective & organized logic (Te). However, it is evident that in the manga, Julius is pursuing his aim of joking around through his subjective logic and personal analyzes (Ti). As his Ne is extremely evident throughout the manga (seeking for new possibilities, creative design of tricks, etc). With high Ti rather than Te, I would personally type him as an ENTP.
