Textbook ESTP imo. Funnily enough Betty performs a personality test on him concluding he's an intuitive feeler, while Mason endulges in a street fight... pretty sure that was supposed to be irony. Edit: So I'm actually a bit unsure about Mason apart from being a certain ExxP. His drive for physical stimulation (being it drugs, sex or partying) speaks for Se, but his constant jumping from idea to idea each episode fits with Ne. I'm leaning more towards the Ti-Fe axis. His logic is very Ti-based but his moral values focus more on others; the problem is that he mostly values his direct friends or love interest which could very well be explained by Fi. He seems to be somewhat involved in other people especially the ones he reaps and ends up deeper in their business than he needs to. This is in contrast with his rude and non-caring facade so he might actually show some Fe soft spots.
