𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜: 𝐒𝐏𝟕 𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 Medic is undeniably the most fascinating mercenary out of all the 9, with the most memorable personality which can be easily misunderstood yet deeply analysed once thought about, Im upset not many are arguing on his typology more and he fell under the E5 stereotype, and I will try ti argue against it. -One of Medics main recourses of pleasure is from knowledge itself, he takes a deep fascination on the anatomy of both humans and extinct animals, in the SP7, gluttony twists as a hunger for tastes of anything that seems to promise survival, this can be ideas, plans, theories etc. -For the time of medic being hired to work with the classic mercenariness he immediately took advantage of the fact that Grey Man. Is rich, and he spent over a billion dollars on pure organs themselves and figuring out a way to transplant a Baboon uterus into his other male mercs safely.. -Medic before has made an unknown deal to the devil which is often theorised that medic would exchange a soul for the knowledge of medicine. Medic is often seen doing these risky things and knows how to get his way, finding a loop hole to sell the souls of all his mercenaries so he can live longer, basically fooling the devil. "The Sp7 is practical and good at getting what they want. They have a network of alliances they can use to get what they need and rely heavily on those they trust." "The conservation E7 usually surrounds himself with people with the ability not only to help him, but to make him prosper and carry out his projects and ideas." -Even though yes, medic is not fully corrupt and does care about his teammates and wants to help, he definitely has no issue of exploiting them too for these experiments. With heavies uber-heart surgery and maybe even reviving sniper if you count him, medic clearly has no problem presenting these insane medical ideas into reality for the satisfaction of it. Which is a very SP7 like structure. -He uses this charm, talent and his intelligence to form these bonds with his team and others to gain that trust for the hopes of being allowed to use them for his own needs later on, wether its open heart surgery or literally giving away all of their souls to satan, this flattery is quite common. "A feeling of superiority rights because of his talent and personal charm. In this case, it is of a more subtle importance: it is not that he expects to be obeyed, but to be heard and recognised as a person who is in the know."-And for this reason I think he would have a 2 fix, as for its "false privilege" -This can quite literally be seen in game too, where he heals his teammates to even protect himself while still attacking, using them as a shield.. -This need for bloodlust and yet knowledge, is simply archetypically an SP7, as it is the most grounded type representing that gluttony quite well, but we can also relate this to Ne: "Perceives information about objects’ potential energy — for example, information about the physical and mental abilities and potential of a person. This perception grants the ability to understand the structure of objects and phenomena and grasp their inner content." -When Demoman asked medic to fix his haunted right eye, he was very excited of that potential of it not exactly being able to explained even from a scientific view point, so when the eye came back to haunt everyone every halloween, and literally removed some parts of his brain to not ask for his eye to be resorted, clearly interested in its possibilities. He clearly doesn't seek theoretical limit. He can bring back the dead by soaking up blood using his underwear and putting it back into the person, making someone come back to life with animal organs, he carries so much intuition and is obviously a Pe/Irrational type. Again, TF2 mercs are still relatively surface level and can always be debated on, but the characters of SP7 correlates to Medic very well.

Real name: Mr. Ludwig (Humboldt?) The Medic is a genius mad doctor from the fictional town of Rottenburg, Germany, incidentally famous for its centuries-old tradition of chasing the latest in the resident lineage of mad doctors out of town with torches and pitchforks whenever they transplanted one baboon heart too many. Interestingly, he had a medical license, but lost it after a patient woke up, only to find his entire skeleton missing. The Medic has little regard for the Hippocratic Oath, having been trained during an era where it had been downgraded to an optional Hippocratic suggestion, and is deathly curious about human flesh and/or pain, regularly performing crazy and unethical experiments on his teammates, and his battle healing is his investment to see more hurting in the future... not to mention that the healing benefits of the Medi Gun were originally just a side effect of whatever he was really shooting them with.
