Ngl, despite the fact I hated how he was influencing Dorian with his hedonistic ways (making Dorian into a lab rat to verify if his philosophies were true) with no conscience, his views on the world were pretty interesting, if highly disagreeable. His views on women were especially horrid. He was probably the most quotable character in the novel but his long 'soliloquies' got tiring fast. He was all talk and charisma but there was no substance, meaning behind what he was saying, no action. Aka his blindspot Fi , apathetic Ti and lack of Te triggered me at times, despite the grandeur that was his Ne-Fe combo. He talked around in circles, was a living paradox and essentially represented myself in my most unhealthy state - which is partially why I love and hate him at the same time.
