She doesn't approve of irrelevant concepts or info about magic, and would rather have things done the right way, which can be inf Ne. Talia doesn't have her head in the clouds, thinking about her future goal, like Ni dominants, and she is quite observant of her surroundings, so there is no way that she has inf Se or Se tert.
