lysandre clearly has issues with his Fe as it is canonically stated that the same idealism that drove him to strive to create a more "pure" world (aka the pokemon worlds equivalent of an ecofascist strike) was spurred on by his work as a philanthropist. the unhealthy Fe is actually represented in his disillusionment after helping other people for so long and feeling frustrated with the outcomes (he notices that the world continues to remain in a terrible state) , yet he still clearly is striving to make the world a better place albeit with extreme measures... he has a really strong vision when it comes to helping the world. His leading Ni combined with auxiliary albeit unhealthy Fe creates this focus on aiding and structuring the world through an abstract concept such as "beauty". I also find the fact that he focuses so heavily on the selfishness of others to be really indicative of his Fe. Later on he states something which *seems* like an Fi quote, but if you deconstruct it, it is more along the lines of and Fe-Ti paired together. "I tried to save people--and the world. But my efforts had no effect... The world was just too vast...and too full of fools that I couldn't save through my hard work alone... That's why I decided the only way to save the world was to take it all for myself. I don't expect that I will ever make you understand how I think and feel..." Interestingly enough, he's not necessarily after direct control over the world but instead a more idealistic world touched with his own flavor of what the world *should* look like. I think towards the end of this quote we can see Lysandre coming to terms with the fact that the moral and symbolic codes he tried so hard to apply to the whole world "I implore you to consider what we need to do to change the world into a new, beautiful world!"
