He's settled down now because he's a father and not as popular as he used to be, but through when Outkast was at its peak I definitely think he was a 7w8 instead of a 9. Much more focused on enjoying what you can now while still planning for the future, and how to handle your business whether its relationships, drug dealing, or the music industry. He's much more assertive in his lyrics than I think a 9w8 would be, and I think the balance of the 4-7 dynamic that andre and him have is a very key part of what makes Outkast so good.

His work in the duo has produced six studio albums. Big Boi's solo debut Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty was released in July 2010 to respectable sales and critical acclaim. He released his second studio album, Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors in 2012. Boomiverse, his third studio album, was released in June 2017.
