His Fe is very visible throughout the film, he's much more of a community guy than Dr Shirley. He's street smart and has high social intelligence that helps him get out of nasty situations. Even all his 'bullshitting' is very Se-Fe. The argument that he acts impulsive and irrational is actually an argument for Se-dom, not a proof of Fi. Lack of Fi is something Tony gets criticized on by Shirley when he bribes police officers, for example.
