Typing Father Khatri as an Si-dom because he cares about enforcing the rules is a typical surface level mistype, and is moreover a misunderstanding of his character. He cared about enforcing the rules in a specific circumstance because he recognized the value of the rule and could foresee the grave consequences of breaking it. In fact what motivates Fr. Khatri is not following the rules, but understanding the meaning of their existence. In the service of this goal he has no qualms about breaking the rules, as he does in the case of Sara. His flaws are typical of Ni-doms -- a tendency towards Messiah-complex, and overreliance on his own Ni-derived theories, trusting them even above revealed religion, as is evident from him inventing his own theology (his concept of existence as a struggle between order and chaos is not orthodox Catholic theology) and even his own scripture (the 74th book). An Si-dom would slavishy preserve and pass on what he was taught.
