I think I see him more as a dominant fi user, there’s just so much fi I can’t ignore it - He helps Milly get out of trouble by stopping the fight with the people that called his video ‘cringe’ because she helped him before (INFPs are known for their loyalty streak to people they care about this is evident of the flashbacks he recognised when she helped him out with the club something he values deeply and he was really touched by that so that’s the reason why he was inclined to help her too) in that moment he’s not concerned about blending in and keeping quiet/avoiding conflict and he sacrifices that for people he cares about - He initially wants members so he can save his club because it is important to him, over wanting new members for connection (he doesn’t just garden to seek routine or order) - Fi users often can be highlight self-critical. They may feel that if they can’t express their authentic selves or contribute meaningfully, they’re somehow failing. This can lead to frustration and self-doubt. - He wasn’t worried about Milly’s bad reputation he looked beyond the outside opinion, he was more worried about how Milly thinks about him because he genuinely wants to connect with people (he was open-minded and gave her a chance) Fi- Si - he might compares his current experiences to past ones, especially negative ones. This can reinforce feelings of anxiety and insecurity about new social situations. - He is organised but that’s because he values/is passionate about his own club (maybe he’s in an fi si loop where he doesn’t use his extroverted functions, auxiliary Ne that much because that routine is what makes him feel comfortable and getting out of the routine would just make him feel uncomfortable since he’s socially anxious) - He’s very passionate about gardening and cares a lot about his flowers - He doesn’t care about what people think about him when it comes to his values.. even though some people find the gardening club weird he’s not afraid to be authentic and stand up to what he believes in, “my club is important to me please don’t tread on that” - Inferior Te - he can’t find members ? and caring about what other people think, struggles with criticism and conflict Fi-Ne - Tendency to overthink, usually thinking/imagining about the worst case scenario/possibilities over embarrassing himself the “what if..” “what if this happens..” and how people will perceive him (inferior Te) This increases anxiety about how he’s perceived in social settings. - This is my interpretation but I think people mistake him for an ISFJ cause he’s a 9w1 and usually 9w1 INFPs tend to want to keep peace and have a strong sense of justice and value for harmony.
