Both ISTJ and ESTJ votes are valid but his Fi and Si seems too high to be an ESTJ. When his emotional spikes are triggered, he resort to aggressive and critical behaviors to protect his vulnerability instead of rationalizing incentive input of rulebook of the school. To me, it exposes the true face behind his "ESTJ" persona. Si-Fi is also shown in scenes where he replays emotionally intense incidents and stuck them into his mind until he finally find a way to get rid of it. His low Ne is what leads to a lack of innovative agility in his conclusions and way of dealing with issues. Instead of considering alternative scenarios, he ends up forming his own conclusions based on hand-on evidences (Te). His Si repetition in obsession with clarification, keeps him going after Aye...then he developed feelings for him.
