Starting off, Ruuko seems to have more Fi than Fe, seeing as in the first season (around episodes 9-11) she talks about how she closes herself off to others. She believed she did not need anyone except her grandmother and her older brother. Throughout Selector Infected we see growth in her Fi and possible 5th function Fe as she learns that friends are not always a bad thing. She feels bad for scaring people (regardless of whether she does or not) as she states when talking about how her mother said she was scared of Ruuko because she "could never know what Ruuko was thinking". She also stands for what she believes and her morals are very strong, an example of this when she learns the true nature of Eternal Girls and tries to stop battling. A Fe user (at least a first two function Fe user) would be more inclined to listen to their LRIG who wants them to battle (Tama, Ruuko's LRIG, constantly tries to convince her to battle other WIXOSS users), and give in. When she then decides to battle again, it is because of the fact that she is trying to make her belief in what should be a reality. She is trying to save everyone because they are caught in something she believes is wrong. This is contrasted by the antagonist who is working to keep the WIXOSS game going.
