I see him use Ne by connecting points and I see lots of Si: he minds his personal space and habits, doesn't like taking risks but forces himself to do what's necessary. He's no INTJ, he's an ISTJ. Has some Fi, cares deeply about values, principles and his closest people, does what's considered proper. His lack of Se is what tells me he can't be INTJ because, as low as Se is for INTJs, they still crave physical dominance, want to have the say, always want MORE. Se wants to be seen in the physical world and pay attention to it. Si types don't have that. They turn inward to established experience. ISTJs are more passive and are good and knowledgable in their field, they live their lives and like it safe and comfortable. This is visible in his character.
