She does not care about morality or trivial principles, especially since we see multiple times throughout the show that she is extremely stuck up in her own ideas of a successful idea. She genuinely doesn't think it's ideal to hear most people's feedback until she crumbles in pain that she wasn't right all along. She also acts extremely rude and diminishing of her employees and can't get figure shit about being a actual boss of a successful company and inspire the workers. Says a lot about inferior Fe to me. And it's not like she hates criticism, she just dismisses it and believes that her way is what people aren't seeing that is successful because it is to her and only her.
