hey! i know everyone seems to think monty is an introvert/INFJ, but i personally cannot see it, as i see him as an ENFP (though take this with a grain of salt, i'm an astrology buff) his character is modelled after an (almost) perfect blend of charles & edwin, hence the books, yet the smiley-ness. in the show (specifically ep3, the first real conversations we get to listen in on), he's *very* outgoing, he just doesn't enjoy the prospect of charles (who both threatened him in terms of love interest and just pure spite). he's very intelligent in terms of planning and seems to reason with others in the end (able to see the other side of things), which lends to his smarter side. sure, you can argue; "well esther MADE him outgoing for her plan!" but let me tell you something better, CROWS are *very* social animals. they move in packs, tend to remember faces and talk loudly. assuming he's quite creative (his persona that ended up being somewhat real, the gladys thing, blah blah blah), you can also see him leaning into the more innovative side of ENFP. accompanied by the end of ep6, you can also see he's a feeler :)
