I think she’s Fe user, and her daughter is Fi-dom. Gloria accepted that she’s just a boring mom working a boring corporate job and was scared to embrace her weirdness and creativity (Ne inferior). She merged into her environment, just like Barbie, and, unlike Ken, they both were too scared to change things and explore themselves. But in the end of the movie her daughter encouraged Gloria to embrace her weirdness, darkness, and her drawings. Her tertiary Ti was pretty good when she reasoned with Barbies about patriarchy and could snap them out of brainwashing using arguments and pointing out to logical inconsistencies. She also found comfort in her memories about Sacha and in her old barbie doll (Si).
