School= Si Dom. Clearly because schools teach us with traditional ways of learning. For example subjects are taught at school and people use Si to remember different facts to pass an exam and clearly there is no evidence of Ni in schools because it only taught us facts and let us remember them but not preparing students for the future of their lives. Edit almost 6 years later: I misunderstood what Si was when I was a clueless teen, now Im doing a correction: From what I described above it resembles more of Te than Si. Si is more of processing present information against existing past experiences or information available. It prefers comfort and stability over novel experiences. That desc above is more of Te than Si, as Te is focused on maximizing efficiency and results-oriented. However, school still teaches us in a way that is past-oriented so people describe school as being “stuck in the past.” Some strict academic regulations from institutions or schools asks us to use old facts and data only and refuses to accept more modern data or methodology for better learning which absolutely sucked the soul out of learning new things.
