I don‘t see Fe. While I agree there is a lot of emotional manipulation in his relationship with Renfield that isn‘t something only Fe users are capable of. He uses his own status and social position to assert himself and make others dependent on him more than trying to create some sort of emotional bond or making others dependent on him, which is more typical for Fe Dom Manipulators. His motives also come from a place of low Fi. He needs someone loyal to him that recognizes his feelings and needs and one he can truly open up to.
