Well I think he is RCOEI or RCOEN. For RCOEX. Here are my reasons. He is reserved not much, but clearly no very social. He is calm, he does not get emotional in interviews or impulsive. Even when the interviewer mentions failures or blunders in videogames production. He keeps the composure. Also he was the producer of many RE games until RE: Veronica. So he dealt with new directors, and none of them judged him as a an autoritarian or angry o impossible to deal superior. He is highly organized. In the documentary he clearly talks about his trajectory and how he wanted to be premeditated in created games. Most of his games, were premeditated RE 1 born out of Sweet Home, RE 4 Original born out of the fact the considered the zombies to predictable or boring in 2005. He cares about being a good supervisor but his E is an evidence that he created his own studio, Clover, Tango and now... he is onto something new... If he is Inquisitve or Non-Inquisitve.... is the question. He was more focused of the game overall not on concepts. I think there was a man in charge of creating the story of the RE 1 original, in RE 2 they hired an screenwriter for the story, (this screenwriter didn't worked on videogames before).... He cares more about the game overall, (survival of the human race, evil corporations, tecnhonology used for evil purposes are just plot devices for him)... so that's Non-inquisitive. He does care about the game being as perfect as possible. He remade the RE1 before launching on the PS1, he decided that almost the 60 or 80% percent of the original RE 2 wasn't good enough... he decided that Kamiya had to remade it... I don't remember but there were other instances in which he stopped the launching and has a very keen sense for what the hardcore fans wants and the fans of horror wants... I don' know if a non-inquisitive could be that meticulous... he hast to pay a lot of attention to enternainment, horror, challenge, attractiveness, comercial success... to launch a game... The Evil Within 2 was directed by another person, because he wanted to give chance to a newcomer... to apport something new... to me that's inquisitive. To think in terms of the future of the industry "he said that the indie games could or are the future of videogames" he is both practical and abstract. I think it's an RCOEI.

Shinji Mikami (三上 真司 Mikami Shinji, born August 11, 1965) is a Japanese video game designer, director, and producer. Starting his career at Capcom in 1990, he went on to direct many of the company's biggest titles. He directed the first installment of the survival horror series Resident Evil in 1996 and the first installment of Dino Crisis in 1999. He returned to Resident Evil to direct the critically acclaimed remake of the first game in 2002. He returned to direct third person shooter Resident Evil 4 in 2005. In 2006, he directed his final Capcom game God Hand, a beat 'em up action game.
