You might think he is a Fi user, because he shows many emotions on the outside, appears sensitive and romantic, but this is actually a common fallacy. Fi users and Fe Users mirror another. Fi users are deeply emotional and value driven internally, but this is often not visible from the outside, while Fe users are very accomodating, feely and emotional in their interactions with others, but internally often more disconnected from their own feelings. Harry fits the later. He appears very emotional, sensitive and shows his feelings and care for Fleabag on the outisde, but is less sure about his own Identity and what he himself wants apart from pleasing Fleabag. His values are also based on social sentiment rather than from personal experience (like his opposition to some of Fleabags sexual behaviors). Later on he learned to embrace his inferior Ne a bit and tried to move on from her.
