I’m giving my two cents on this. wwx’s thought patterns are highly indicative of Ne-Ti. All of his actions are backed up by logic, as he’s very cunning. Although he holds strong values, this doesn’t automatically make him an Fi user. This could easily be attributed to something else...in his cognitive thought process, he doesn’t use Fi. He uses Ti. Also, his Te...where???? There’s none. There’s literally none. Te in the sixth position makes a lot more sense, shown by how averse he initially is to high Te users, or at least by how easily annoyed with them he is. Your 6th function is like that—it may be strong unconsciously, but you tend to be annoyed with people who use it. He’s also got that mischievous charisma that comes with tert Fe. It’s not very well developed, but that’s how it is with your third function. I can’t see him using tert Te. One trait of Te users is that they like instruction, whether it be giving it or receiving it. wwx is the opposite. His Ti logic acts on his own. He doesn’t like being given logical instruction. This is why he’s a Ti user, not a low Te user. My opinion is subject to change. This is what I think right now.
