Ni-Te 》Leo's story is literally Ni + SO5, he did great research and discoveries about Real Solid Vision and over time he realized how dangerous it would be for everyone due to the way they treated duel monsters. It was because of this treatment that Z-ARC emerged and destroyed the dimension. Leo's Ni + Te is expressed after the events of the Original Dimension, where he believes that by reuniting the Yu-Girls he would bring Ray back and was willing to do everything just to achieve this goal, which according to him would work. After this objective we have his Te creating that Ideal of merging all dimensions as a "Utopia". Leo basically managed to create an army of duelists and lead the Academy based on this ideal that they would achieve this Utopia.
