I don't see how she can be an INFP. I don't see her leading with values, she shows clear Te over Fi as she prioritises efficiency over personability when she suggests firing people over teleconference rather than in person. It's only when she's directly faced with the consequences of her actions on other people that her Fi comes back to haunt her. Also she plans her career and relationship way ahead, without concerning herself with how other people involved will react to it or whether they're down for the ride. She's so Fe-blind it's ridiculous. That's why she's completely blind-sided when her boyfriend breaks up with her and when her brilliant idea goes horribly wrong. INTJ makes way more sense, I could see ENTJ too but I think her Fi is still quite high, just lower than her Te.
