In my opinion he is a Fi lead and not a Ne lead. Bear in my I didn't read the novel, I'm only reading the manhwa, and I only read up to chapter 30. But for what I can see from his character is that everything he does comes from his high moral standards, what he believes to be true and what he upholds as correct. Other thing that screams for me Fi, is the fact he hates schemes and faking, never entering nothing of sorts because he despite it. Which for me sounds like the Fi and the need of authenticity. Yes, he is good at seeing different angles in situations, but his Ne for me serves his Fi, he uses Ne to see possibilities and how to take the best course of action to act accordingly with his beliefs. Up until now, every single decision he made was guided by his moral standards, so for now, I will vote INFP.
