Ti dom means he uses Ti so much that he ends up ignoring fe societal rules and other's feeling. he is no Fe inferior. he is incredibly spontaneous, risks Nisha getting kissed by another guy, chooses kids to play basketball. he was just disabled Ne dom. i dont see him using Ti as his dominant function. him being Ne-Fi makes more sense.
