The flashback with Toby is living proof that he has inferior Fi. This guy was a clear ENTJ. Aki was the actual INFJ in the movement. She wanted to join an organization for fellow psychics and help people like her, and she honestly believed in Divine’s mission. Divine used his Ni to be charismatic. It was not Fe. It was him using Ni to understand Aki as a person and manipulate her with fake words and feelings. His Synchro Summon chants - with chants being a reflection on the duelist’s motives and personality - have to do with HIS anger, hatred, and revenge. His Psychic monsters, which should be his allies, are being summoned but all he talks is himself and his feelings. That is how he views his monsters that are literally Psychics. That is how he views other human Psychics. They are tools for him to destroy the world. They are weapons for his vision, revenge, and bitter feelings. Ni, Te and Fi. Mental Sphere Daemon / Thought Ruler Archfiend - “Surge, my black flames of vengeance! Synchro Summon! Come, Mental Sphere Demon!” Magical Android - “My flames of hatred, blazing within the abyss of my heart, become the black raging waves that will overrun this world! Synchro Summon! Appear now, Magical Android!” Whether coincidental or not, Magical Android resembles Aki physically, and as a Psychic, she shares a bond with Aki, who is a human psychic. The monster may be a metaphor for Aki. Divine said that Aki would be the poster woman and the Jeanne D’arc of the Arcadia Movement as a way to get her trust and cooperation. How he views Magical Android is actually how he views Aki. His flames of hatred will overrun the world. He doesn’t care about Magical Android, the same way he doesn’t care about Aki. It is ironic and almost cathartic that he lost to two actual female psychics that were not Psychic Duelists - the fortune teller Carly, who he attempted to murder, and the empath Misty, whose brother he killed for being too weak for him, and how she responded in kind by eating and nearly killed him. Let me reiterate. He took in a young boy, experimented on him for his psychic powers, electrocuted him to death to draw out any latent power even when his subordinates told him to stop, dumped the corpse in Satellite with no shred of human decency, pinned the crime on his supposed Jeanne d’arc Aki, kept it a secret for years, and later after he inadvertently confessed, defended himself by saying that Toby was weak. In the series proper, he would later kidnap two twin children under false pretenses of forming an alliance with the Signers and attempt the same experiments on them. On the side, he and the Arcadia Movement are blackmailing and extorting Goodwin so he can do whatever he wants without criminal consequences. He attempted to murder Carly and even bragged that because he controlled Goodwin, he controlled Security and he would get away with his crimes. This guy is not an XNFJ. Divine has no redeeming traits. He may just be the most evil character in the entire series. There is no way he has aux Fe. He never used Fe even in a manipulative way. It was all Ni and Te.
