The pure sanguine is calm, witty, constantly working, a lover of wealth, practical, courageous, egoistic, observant, objective, positive, tolerant, indifferent, benevolent, sceptical, a cynic and adaptable. He has rapid understanding, a talent for improvised public speaking, independent judgement, an easy rapport with people, a taste for the abstract and for science, rough sexuality and a negative and critical attitude to religion. He lacks depth, a sense of continuity and solves problems fast. He prefers useful things and his words and actions accord. He likes wealth( and knows how to make it ) and all the pleasures that go with it. He is a great diplomat, somewhat ironical but with a quick mind. When the sanguine is a man he loves women( not particularly for their brains) and is quite liberal with them, as are his views in general and especially in politics.
