He is an obvious ESTJ, his Te when telling Katara that their duty is saving themselves and their village (Te-Si vs Fe-Si) and he becoming a leader because of what his father said to him (Te-Si) and his attachment to their past and what his was supposed to do and wanting to staying in his home because it's what he knew his whole life. I also think his terciary Ne is really easy to notice, his jokes(I know that being funny isn't just Ne but his comments in the way he puts resembles Ne jokes because Estj when develop their Ne have a really good sense of humor) and his Ne even in just the first season is getting developed when he decide to be open to the new ways of live and other adventures and not only staying and going back to the same place, his Fi it's visible when he follow his principles to help Aang and that thing with big ears that almost die beyond his short term crushes that showed us the side of Sokka in love.
