Her personality is very similar with my ENFP cousin (ne-te). She seems kind and unbothered outwardly. She get lots of hate because of her rap. I think no one will pick on her team/group the rapping part so it is possible that they let her do it, whether she likes it or not, whether she can rap or not. (Ex. If you've watched seowon group, they pick what they're comfortable with) The lack of time of singing (rap) practice and not being fluent (can't pronounce the words correctly) in korean, are the reason. She's good at dancing, she can still improve her expression, she can be funny actually, strong indonesian accent. The people around her seem to overlooked her and doesn't care much. Also the language barrier is the cause but I think she can still blend in even she can be weird. Too bad she got hate because of the votes, it's not her fault tho.
