She quoted "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard", which reinforces the toxic "achievement-obssessed" mindset of society. To her, self-worth comes from accomplishments and pushing own limits, rather than embracing the idea that one is inherently worthy regardless of whatever achievements they have. Her 2 wing comes in when she shares this piece of advice on her YT channel; she thinks she is helping her followers by giving them this harsh truth while driving / pushing them to grind.
