He’s been so focused on maintaining his body, that he’s been the most durable NBA star ever yet has played more minutes than anyone in NBA history. He's so in tune with what his bodily needs are, that he didn’t suffer a major injury until year 17, long after MOST players have retired. He values taking care of your body's basic needs so much that he even claims "getting enough sleep" as one of the core reasons he's been so successful lol. He’s also known to have specific routines & has stated 11-12 (lockout) & 19-20 (COVID) were the 2 most difficult seasons for him because they threw him off his routines. The bubble interrupting everyone’s routines is why Bron’s Lakers were 1 of only 2 teams that voted to leave the bubble early despite being the best team in the league & he later said that he thinks the 2020 championship was 1 of the hardest ever because the environment was so atypical to a normal playoff situation. Another example of Bron's preference for familiarity (Si) over novel experiences (Se) is shown by his long running relationships with everyone in his inner circle; His entourage is made up of guys he played with as a kid & his wife Savannah has been his sole partner for 22 years (without any cheating scandals even as an uber famous pro athlete). While it's possible for an Se Dom to have 20+ year long relationships, the fact that everyone in his social circle is either a work friend or a person he met as a kid speaks to just how comfortable he is surrounded by the known & familiar. To continue the point of his preference for consistency, Bron is famous for his "run the play until they stop it" mindset. Iman Shumpert (teammate) tells plenty of stories of Bron having his team do this like when he had them run the same play for an ENTIRE quarter of a playoff game https://www.youtube.com/shorts/-v1FYWp9Rsg Bron is also known to value tangible experience (Si) > untapped potential (Ni) as seen by his desire to exclusively play with veterans. The narrative that he "forces his teams to trade away all their draft capital/young players for veterans with lower upside but actual playoff experience" is a prime example of Si > Ni. Lastly he has an *impeccable* memory, effortlessly giving post game play by plays of specific moments from the game https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dHibkh57FFA, recalling exact multiple play sequences from the game down to who took the ball out & how much time was on the shot clock when it was shot https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=SkHAsh-i6WQ & remembering the hundreds of unique handshakes he has with all of his current & past teammates & staff members (Fe-Si-Ne btw) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbDBvAkaw_I His memory is also on display in the famous stories of him knowing other teams plays better than them: Iman tells multiple stories about Bron where he studies the opposing players, coaches & plays then makes decisions about them based off of past experiences & concrete information: “Bron’ll say "they hired a defensive coach who coached at Georgetown, I played for him 1 summer at camp, so this is how they’ll play us” or He’ll leave a 46% 3 point shooter (Curry) open & will say “I left him open because he only shoots 26% in the left corner”. https://youtu.be/LLJ-BzoFMX0?t=03m58s There's also the famous story where Bron corrected an opposing player who was in the wrong spot for the play they were running against his team (vids are Raptors' players Demar Derozan https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=VdAnGr3z9vE?t=01m31s, & Norman Powell telling the story from their side https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJojgVMRgpM). There's even stories of him keeping track of the other team's timeouts more than their own players & again saving them from making a mistake because of it (his tendency to help the other team when they're messing up instead of exploiting them is big Fe Dom energy btw lol). Here's Celtics HOFs K.G. & Doc Rivers talking about Bron knowing their entire playbook by the 1st preseason game of the year https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=72RJ45Fz3-0 He also stated he knew exactly how the Spurs would guard him in the 2013 finals because of how they guarded him in the 2007 finals & said he actively worked on the weaknesses they exploited, in case he ever played them in the finals again, which he did & beat them by dominating them with the very weakness they exploited last time. Edit: Just thought about the fact that his Tert Ne is on display during all his corny dad joke & memeable moments but this comment is long enough as is so I think you get the point; Bron is an ESFJ. Taco Tuuuuuuuesday!!! lol
