I think she's a clear Te dom, her Fi is apparent too, and it's well developed. When she takes a leadership role, she does this through objective goals that much be reached, she's no-nonsense about things like this. An Fe dom would adapt more to the emotional needs of a group, when does she do this? She's very clear cut about goals and just because she's nice doesn't mean shes an Fe user. Her Fi is the reason for her kindness, and at times selfishness. Leela's Fi can easily empathize with people and insert herself personally into conflict, letting in her 2 cents about "how things should be", aided by her 1 ennea. On the flip side of the same coin, he also can abandon an objecive in favor of personal goals, such as when she got Nibbler, etc.

Leela is everything Fry isn't. Smart, strong, level-headed, a mutant, and a woman. So it's no surprise she ends up being the girl of his dreams. Leela was abandoned as a baby and grew up in an orphanarium. For the longest time she believed she was an alien from an unknown planet, but later found out she was a sewer mutant native to Earth. She is the conscience of the group, and is often prone to nagging them and expressing her outrage at their various immoral actions (though she is in many ways as bad as Fry and Bender).
