The Lannisters (Tywin and his children), as written by GRRM covered the ExTx spectrum. Jaime and Tyrion were the more laid back TPs - poking and prodding, and genuinely acting in manners that the Stark SJs would consider "immoral" (PoLR Fi). Meanwhile Tywin and Cersei are the administrative, edgy Te-Doms known for their cruelty and were driven by narrowly defined Inferior Fi beliefs. Seasons 1-4, AKA when D&D were following GRRM's script successfully: Lannister brothers act like ExTPs with PoLR Fi. Jaime commits incest, throws Bran from the Winterfell Tower, and displays a visible dislike for Robert Baratheon (also ESTP - those chads don't like competing with each other just look at Donald Trump vs. John McCain, both ESTPs). After being captured by Locke Jaime attempts to use a degree of SeFe trickery to free himself and Brienne but that falls on its face and he loses his hand. Seasons 5-8, AKA when D&D went their own way and drove GoT off the rails: Lannister brothers act like ExFPs most of the time with hints of Auxillary Ti sprinkled here and there. Jaime tries to put on the tough guy ESTP act a few times (e.g. during his talk with the High Septon, threatening Edmure Tully) but ultimately "grows a consciousness" (Fi) which results in him leaving Cersei, spilling his guilt over those he's killed, and then coming back to Cersei to die.
