Innocent Grey is a bishoujo game brand from Gungnir Ltd.Its sub-brand is "Noesis." It was established in 2004 as a spin-off from Mithril Corporation. The brand was founded by Mizuki Sugina, who was formerly a member of Kuzuryu, when she went independent. Regarding the brand name, Sugina explained in an interview with galge.com, "Innocent Grey literally means pure gray, but since it's neither black nor white, I chose this name with the intention of becoming a brand that can create both dark black games and bright white games." In July 2021, the company moved its office from Nakano Ward, Tokyo to Kai City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
