I don’t really see Ni in his eyes (microtyping, Ni is usually very obvious) but that might just be because in these videos he was older and had a better control of his other functions too. But his line of arguing is very Ni: His boss wants to convince him of something that is against his convictions. He says „you trust me with locking up this restaurant, this expensive equipment, all of that, why?“-„because I trust you“- „now if you would convince me to do something against my convictions, would you still trust me?“-„I‘ll never ask again.“ This line of arguing only worked because he already guessed his boss would answer this way, otherwise his whole argument wouldn’t have worked. Had the boss said: „Yeah, I’d still trust you“, his whole point would have been for nothing, but he put a lot of trust in his Ni. I feel he does this a lot- knowing what people will say and how they will react, and basing his argument on that from the beginning, trusting he will be right with his assessment.
