I say 6w7 over 7w6. Charlie is reliable and committed; the everyday grunt work that no one wants to do is literally called “Charlie Work.” He's a troubleshooter, which is a classic 6 trait. Sixes typically have problems with self-doubt and suspicion (think the famous Charlie conspiracy theory meme). Sevens don't have that same sense of responsibility that Charlie does (think his Super Bowl superstitions from “Charlie’s Home Alone”).
