People tend to see Kurt Cobain as the ultimate INFP type 4, I do see James Douglas Morrison as the paragon of "us" He wanted to become a poet, he never wanted to be a musician. He truly did not belong in this world, and he always knew that. He was a different person on stage than in real life. At first, he even performed not facing the audience, he did not let them in. He did not interact socially, he just did it for himself. Live performances made him exhausted. He wanted to quit the Doors in 1971 to focuse on his poetry. He did drugs, mostly alcohol, but not because of the experience, but to flee reality. Wherever he may be now, I hope he rests in the peace he always wanted in life & he never found in this world.
