Need a bit more knowledge on his character before making a definitive judgement but he strikes me more as a Se dom rather than Fi even though he's so vocal about his morals. Rather, his outspokenness is used more as a mask to keep his /actual/ internal conflict hidden from others, and uses cheap talk and insults to keep others away from his true self. At this point, I think he's more driven by his impulses/base desires rather than exploring his own intense emotions (which could stem from anything, but just because he's loud about it doesn't mean he's accepting of these traits). Fi doms are very rigid with their morals, and closely analyze how others compare to this strict moral code. While Billy does do this, I think it could be a trained response to his low self esteem and projects his insecurities onto others (i.e. vindicta or grey talon) who clearly show more Fi leaning elements as opposed to Billy, who simply wants to /appear/ that way. It doesn't necessarily confirm that he does let his morals rule him. From what we know now, I think that Billy is more afraid of people finding out how little he does think of himself and mock him for it; thus, he portrays a rough and tough, opinionated, hard-headed persona to make people believe he is otherwise, especially if he doesn't believe it himself.
