This guy is obviously a psychopath. His Fe is no existence, even though he's heavily manipulated people, but that doesn't mean Fe. This guy has faked everything just to make him look as good as possible for his own satisfaction with no reason at all. He doesn't analyze anything for his centent, it just copied what other peoples do. If you drive deep into him you'll see his motivation clearly, wheter it's grooming children or satisfying his own ego. This is not how Ti work. Also, this is a very good example of ISFP grip.
