I believe the difference between Se and Ne are that one perceives the world in its actuality, without any filter, while one thinks about what is beyond reality and explores intangible connections between things. I think being money-thirsty and materialistic is more of a behavioral thing than a way of processing information, so I'm not going to base my typing on that. The reason I type Jieli an ESTP is because she primarily talks about what is realistically true in present reality rather than coming up with different possibilities. The way she processes past information is also conclusive in the Ni sense -- "because of my upbringing and how it determines me as a person, I am undeserving of love and sincerity". An high Ne user would ask "why not?" and try to explore situations where this is not the case, while Jieli takes this conclusion and holds on to it. Even when others tell her otherwise, she has a hard time believing it, because all her Se experiences are filtered through a singular Ni understanding of the world. She also has inferior Ni, because she is often either too afraid to think about her future or come up with very grim predictions about the future, and the only safest way for her to secure herself is to maximize what she can acquire in the present, hence her often opportunistic decisions.
