Isn't she just an awkward LSE? We can even see her Ni PolR with how hard she works and likes everything to be done in an orderly manner. Her previous band mates all quit because she's too much of a Te-dom and yet she does all sorts of things to make sure that her members are taken care of being an Si creative, even to Bocchi from time to time though she can come across as harsh and blunt without meaning to. In my opinion, her weird video ideas for her channel is her Ne hidden agenda doing its best even though it sucks. When I think of her, I get reminded of Nicole Watterson from the amazing world of gumball. Both can be strict yet caring in their own way. If you ignore how naggy she is, doesn't she sort of resembles Kita but from a way more rational perspective? Her dark nerdy past was definitely SP 3 LSE that's trying her best and not some kind of weird EIE. No way an EIE would've been that disciplined. She's not charming in person and is actually very socially awkward which suits role Fe more. She's quick to make assessments of what she thinks is inefficient or ineffective as she tries giving Kessoku Band advice from time to time. Very blunt and direct, always striving to improve herself which is a core feature of the delta quadra (Fi valuing). Would an Se valuing user in socionics really go out of their way to help their competition? She seems to value close bonds instead of controlling the emotional atmosphere in the way Kita does. I think that she and Nijika are actually quite similar but they come from different approaches. She's more "effective" in the present moment whereas Nijika with her well developed Fe comes across as more personable and kind. This is how LSEs and ESEs can seem similar, being business relations. This was especially the case when she tried to give Nijika advice on what type of car to buy and how she's been friendly and cordial, helping Nijika out in college for her studies being the considerate person that she is deep down. Also she doesn't have high openness since she tends to plan a lot and only focus on her Te-Si related goals instead of a flexible one in mind that she can envision hence why she's not as receptive person despite how much she actually values other people's suggestions as long as they're meaningful. She comes across as judgemental (Te + demo Se) whereas an LIE would be able to evaluate potential flaws and future prospects, and have some awareness as to why their previous bandmates left in the first place to adapt their approach instead of remaining so stubborn. Basically having more self awareness, being in their heads as they try to find possibilities with demonstrative Ne and find the best and ideal approach with creative Ni. This doesn't apply to her so I don't think LIE, let alone EIE would suit her at all. SP 3 with a 4 wing but has 2 traits due to being an LSE with delta values. She's an image type but not as individualistic or expressive of her inner self as much as she just focuses more on the band and keeping them all together in general. Very melancholic... She has openly confronted Bocchi but despite appearing to be proud of her achievements, she's actually self conscious of others deep inside her mind (SP 3). Idk I could be remembering it wrong but I'd expect Gammas and Betas, being the Se valuers that they are, would prefer to be more individualistic and crush any opposition. LSEs have creative Si and are more personable which is how she's been like. The way I see it is that LSEs would typically want recognition for their efforts right now in the present moment (Si + Fi) whereas an LIE would've had more vanity as they can already foresee how things will play out accordingly with their Ni. I mean didn't she want Hiroi's praise? How cute. Her insecurities and lack of self worth stems from her low Fi. She's actually personable on a one one one. Well I wouldn't know for sure since we as the readers are not shown much aside from that brief backstory of hers but she seems to value working hard silently for her efforts. She even practices karaoke solo (SP 3 trait of endurance) but was open to inviting both Bocchi and Kita to join her and give her honest feedback. SP 3 > SO 3, She acts like one but ain't one is because she's not an LIE. The reason why she who's so strict yet so dependent on Hiroi (of all people) is due to an SP 3's fear of abandonment (and dualization). Now for her MBTI, it's pretty obvious that she's an ESTJ. The classic bossy manager stereotype who's secretly a tsundere at heart with their 1D Fi. In any case, I will not stand for LSE slander. Yes, they can be horrifyingly harsh but they're trying their best in their own way. As long as you're a reasonable person who can do their tasks on time, they'll be welcoming and accepting of you with their creative Si as they care for you. Their words can be sharp but their heart aims to be pure as they seek Fi. Praise be to LSEs. I'll accept LSE tsundere over SEEs anyday. No financial debt 🙏
