I want to come back and add a better comment later, but, "Kasumi prioritizes emotions" was said in his route as a reason why he wasn't an ideal doctor to people close to him. Should be obvious he's not an INTJ from that and how emotional he is through out his main story - even though his face doesn't show it. He's just a mature and healthy INFJ-A. He was also known as an emotional "crybaby" during his mentor days, when losing patients. His arc is typical of that of an average INFJ as well, with him suffering and sacrificing and protecting others first and foremost despite being lonely and constantly misunderstood. His caretaker role fits 2w1 well, as his biggest fear is hurting those he loves and being abandoned by them. "Enneagram type two-wing-ones fear being unwanted by those they love. They tend to take on a caretaker role to serve others and avoid feelings of insecurity."
