Leader of a cult which specializes in brainwashing their members into letting go of all of their negative emotions, who also mentally-emotionally manipulates others into doing his biding while never getting his hands dirty himself. He's known to be cunning, charming and terrifyingly astute at reading others, using this to his advantage at every possible opportunity. Where is his Te because this all seems much more FeNi 3wX than TeNi 8wX. Just look at the way he operates in S4E16, it's all there; He wraps van pelt around his finger in a matter of minutes (the effects of which lasts for YEARS afterwards, as you see in later seasons). Plus the convoluted way he goes about sniffing out the rat in his organization is not at all how a Te-Se user would handle that situation. He's basically Erica Flynn but as an old hippy lol. I guess I should appreciate that this is one of the few times a manipulative person isn't auto-deemed Fe Dom by PDB but nah he's ENFJ lol.

The head of Visualize, a Church of Happyology in California. Besides Red John, he is one of the few criminals whom Jane fails to bust so far. Well, he's not exactly criminal, but shady and manipulative enough that we cannot consider him the good guy either. He's shown to have connections here and there; in fact, he knows Red John's network enough that he is able to tell Jane where Kristina Frye is.
